KR Senior Services was founded by Kyle Rugletic, a senior-care and hospitality professional whose work has centered on helping people navigate transitions, building trusted referral relationships and improving the experience surrounding post-acute and long-term care.
His background bridges skilled nursing, admissions and business development, resident relations, compliance, senior placement and hospitality. That combination brings families a practical understanding of how care settings operate, how referral and admission processes work, and which questions can reveal whether an option truly fits.
Kyle describes his work as being “The Keeper of the Flame for Life’s Final Adventure”—a reminder that later life is still a chapter filled with dignity, purpose, connection and possibility, and that families deserve thoughtful guidance as needs and circumstances change.
